Participants experiencing severe emotional distress or mental health concerns should seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

All bookings are subject to availability.

Payments made through this website may be processed securely via PayPal or other approved payment providers.

By making a payment, you agree that:

Where a venue provider cancels, changes, or fails to honour a booking arranged by Poetry-Health, Poetry-Health shall not be held liable for losses, costs, inconvenience, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, or other damages arising from the venue provider’s actions.

Where appropriate, Poetry Health may offer:

• A rescheduled date
• An online alternative
• A credit toward a future workshop
• A refund at its discretion

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Refunds are discretionary unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to attend a booked workshop does not automatically entitle a participant or organisation to a refund.
